Restlessness: Wanting to do both everything and nothing all at the same time. Wanting to jump out of my skin. I think the cure is about following whims. At least letting them live, breathe and grow? Trying them or at least playing with them… enjoying them, the wonder and curiosity of where they might lead. Relinquishing control and allowing yourself the grace to at least entertain the whim - that’s how you end up with teal in an otherwise orange-toned drawing. What would happen if we gave ourself the freedom and judgelessness (I made that word up) to explore, experiment. Imagine if we just trusted the whims? Perhaps the outcome would be some big mistakes but maybe, just maybe, some magnificent (or at least unique) “works of art”, whatever that may mean to you.
