The spiral. You either know what I am talking about, or you have enough meditation practice to just stop it when it’s getting uncontrollable. What I mean is, what happens in your brain when you can’t make it stfu. It’s talking and talking and taking you to all the places you know you have no business going. It lies to you and tells you things that may have no truth at all and no matter how hard you try, it talks louder than your efforts. Here’s to the spiral! I’m sure there’s some genetic advantage for it, but it’s really annoying when it’s making you feel like shit. I will say, this drawing kind of makes the ole spiral look like a party, so let that be your cue to drown out all those spirals with loud music and a dance party and you’ll be sure to feel a whole lot better!
